Welcome to aijobified. This app helps people find jobs and companies find candidates for job openings. It uses AI to find perfect matches between candidate descriptions and job descriptions. The way this is achieved is by converting the texts into vectors using AI, which can then be compared for similarity. Thus, aijobified users can create descriptions either for candidates or for jobs and then search based on those descriptions for the most suitable or compatible jobs or candidates, respectively. This enhances the process of automatically searching for candidates or job offers, without the user having to apply any filters. Nevertheless, there are a series of filters available, including the value or content filter, which allows additional data to be added to the created description for the search (for example, 'location: Barcelona'). This value or content filter in searches also uses AI. Once an ideal candidate or job offer is found, the user can send a connection invitation, which, if accepted, establishes a link that allows instant messaging between the users of both descriptions (on one side, the candidate, and on the other, the potential employer).

aijobified only requests the user's email and Google profile picture as the default public profile picture on aijobified (this picture can be changed to another image later using the app). The user's email is never displayed on aijobified and is used solely to send information about payments made on aijobified to increase their balance. The other information that aijobified requests from the user, in addition to the two already mentioned, is whether the user is an administrator or not in the case of Google Workspace accounts (this does not apply to regular Google users). This is because only users who are administrators of a Google Workspace account can perform the first login (which creates the aijobified account) and can later edit the public profile of the account or, finally, delete the account.
